Dealer representative was very courteous when I called. I was traveling through and stopped in to test drive a car. He was very understanding in accommodating our passing through schedule. However, he didn’t really seem very eager to sell me the car I was interested in. Not willing to budge on the price at all dispite a couple of glitchy issues with the vehicle. Responded very quickly. Everything went very smoothly, The process was pretty quick. The price was fair and the offered to replace the AC compressor before I took possession. Which they paid for the diagnosis and repair. The repair took a little bit longer than expected but they did take care of it. No pressure no dealer fees.

Rusty was great. Worked hard to get the car ready fast, gave me updates along the way. Fulfilled all promises. I was looking for a reliable commuter car at a good price and they had it.
