Hammond and smith customer service is second to none. From originally listing my property with Jack to Eloise performing viewings. Trust worthy team with a ‘family feel’ always on the end of the phone to answer any query or if I emailed they were very quick at responding. Towards the end, my file was taken over by their progressor Carly who was the kindest person and so helpful at a time when I really needed her to be on the ball she never failed to follow through as promised. We worked with Hammond and Smith on a potential purchase of a property. We had a fantastic service throughout the process. We worked closely with Eloise who was an absolute star! Nothing was too much trouble, she nearly always had the answer to a question and if she didn't, she was quick to find out and get us a respone. In the end we decided to retract our offer on the property but this was down to the vendor not Eloise and the H & S team.
