Site manager Lee is awful. Your report issues nothing happens. We’ve had issues with a broken damaged brick raised flower bed damaged six months ago before Christmas. It was reported still damaged. Hammonds took over the management of our block 15 months ago, following the breakdown of relations with our previous management company. We have found them to be helpful, professional and responsive at all times. They have worked with myself and the other Directors to find solutions to problems that our previous management company were unable or unwilling to tackle, and the block already looks a great deal better for it.
