Craig was recommended to myself and we’ve subsequently used him on several occasions for plumbing work both at Crathes Hall and at our home. He provides an excellent and timely service, and is great at keeping in touch during the duration of a job. I would have no hesitation recommending him to others.
We found a radiator leak on a Friday pm and were going away on holiday at the weekend. We hadn’t used Craig before but he was very responsive and kindly fitted us in first thing Saturday, fixed the leak, checked the hot water set-up and double-checked all other radiators. Would definitely recommend.
I had been recommended Hammond Heating Solutions by someone who had their bathroom replaced by Craig and then her mother’s bathroom. Not only does Craig do very good work, he is reliable and a cheerful positive person. . This is very reassuring for the future should we need any more help. He works with a team of equally good tradesmen, whom I’m sure will also be able to help us in the future. We are very pleased. 😁
Craig originally fitted 2 radiators in the kitchen and also added valves to the rest of our other radiators. We had recently moved in the heating system was quite old and Craig helped us understand it. Craig did such a good job so we asked him to service the system also. Can't thank Hammond heating solutions enough for the help last week. Had a leaking mains supply and Craig knew exactly what fitting and how to fix even though the fittings are not made any more. He was too busy to come and fix but met me and gave me what I needed and would not take any money. Thanks a lot, it fixed it straight away.
