We have used Hammond & Sons for the last 5 years or so since they installed our new boiler. They service it every year at a good price. They have always been fair and polite and done an excellent job. My Mum now also uses them-she had boiler issues last night and we phoned Hammonds. They were really busy today, but when we explained that my Mum is 89, they turned up to sort the problem within an hour! Thank you!
This a response to the review from a Mr Jandan Hao 3 weeks ago. Firstly I need to say that we have absolutely no record of ever speaking to you about any work that you wanted to be quoted for. Also we do not quote prices over the phone and we are not contractors. I have reported the review to Google as a fake review. If Mr Jandan Hao wishes to speak with us please phone me. I remember calling this company a few years ago for a quote and they were extremely rude and questioned why I was calling for a quote as if I was stupid. It immediately gave me red flags and put me right off. When looking for a contractor I have saved this number and labelled them 'rude do not pick' on my phone.
Great service and will always try and find time to help with any concerns whether over the phone or in person. Excellent quality of work, friendly and reliable. New boiler installed, would definitely recommend.
