Had my appointment cancelled the day. Finally came for my rescheduled appointment and the therapist wasn't there. Called the reception for help only to find out the therapist was unwell, they claimed she messages all her customers but I have no communication whatsoever from the therapist nor the centre. Definitely won't be coming back to these unprofessional people.
I can’t recommend James at Hammersmith Physiotherapy enough! He’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about your recovery. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who actually listens and gets results.
James did an excellent job building the strength up in my foot and leg, with a series of targeted exercises over 1.5 months, in time for a major hiking trip I’d been working towards. The trip was a success, inc. 30km hikes! He listened, adapted the program (offering alt. options to suit my lifestyle) and was friendly/personable. I noticed a significant difference in my leg muscles and no longer have pain (originally due to weak/worn foot cartilage). I trust James to provide results.
After years of struggling with tendon disfunction, the team at Hammersmith Physiotherapy was amazing and helped me to get back on my feet. James was very attentive and supportive, he created a comprehensive recovery plan which allowed me to go back into exercising. Thank you!
I had a great experience with my physiotherapist James Olasunkanmi, he was very great at listening to me and understanding where my pain was coming from and incrementally increasing the difficulty of the exercises to boost recovery as he saw improvement in my knee. A great guy, very easy to get along with and would recommend to everyone! 10/10
