I’m extremely disappointed with the consultation I had recently. The doctor was rushed, dismissive, and ended the call abruptly without giving me a chance to raise all of my concerns after waiting a full week for the appointment. I had to push repeatedly just to get a prescription that should have been straightforward, and was made to feel uncomfortable and unheard throughout. Awful customer service, terrible receptionists and no duty of care (GPS are okay when you can get hold of them)
Firstly, it took almost two weeks for them to process my application to join the practice . Then I have sent a msg regarding my health concern for 2 days now but still no reply. I don’t know what’s going on with this practice but so far their services is very poor. Before registering with them I have read many negative reviews but I still gave them benefit of the doubt but all the negative comments here seems right.
Dr Becky is extremely rude and unprofessional, it's come to the point where many people when booking an appointment ask to avoid her. We have complained about Dr Becky multiple times to no avail, get nothing is done.
Although I understand the pressure on NHS, if I have to score my experience in trying to get an appointment for a shared care agreement, the score would have to be really low; however, when I finally managed to have a call with Shiva (Lead Pharmacist), I have to give 5 stars; she was friendly, nice, and understanding.
