A heartfelt thank you to the manager, staff & owners of Hamiltons for all their care, patience & perseverence shown to our mother during her year as a resident. She arrived in serious mental & physical decline, due to her dementia, hospitalisation & accidents living alone in her own home. Moved my dad to Hamilton’s from another care home and in just a week the difference is amazing no longer depressed he is smiling eating chatting putting on weight his whole persona has improved beyond recognition The staff engage with him have time for him this is why we have this dramatic change in him.
