Hi tried calling the surgery this morning 5th may at 8 am at which point I was 7 th in the queue waited until I was 1st in the queue selected 1 for appointments this happened 3 times then I was cut off had to call back and start again by which point it was now 8.40 am went through whole process got to first in the queue selected 1 again and again etc jumped in the car went up to docs surgery only to find out they had taken the bank holiday which by the way is not an nhs holiday why could the not set their call system stating... read more
