I went there yesterday and was super impressed with the facility and service. I have a tilt trailer and the front-end loader driver gave me advice on how far to back and even came and helped me push the load off! As I was leaving he tooted his horn and reminded me to close my tailgate. Great service Hamilton Organic
Online it says the last you can enter is 4:45pm, but we entered and showed up at 4:44pm from Horsham Downs. The two staff members refused to take the waste at 4:45pm saying it would take a lot more time, however it would have taken only 5 minutes as I usually do. The guy with the hat was way rude and said they needed to go home by 5pm. Both staff actually left the site at 4:53pm, which makes the refusal hard to justify. Very disappointing service.
Very disappointed with the service today. I arrived on site at around 4:40pm, before the last entry time of 4:45pm, because I urgently needed a trailer. Instead of helping, the staff were rude and seemed more focused on leaving early than assisting customers. I tried to explain my situation politely, but they were clearly in a rush to go home and ended up leaving the site around 4:50pm anyway.
