I have been coming here for 14 years, 9 years working for others and 5 years in my own buisiness. Today I was met by a new face, who spoke broken english, a very rude man speaking a foreign language to his colleague who was also a new face, he was swearing to my face with my young worker in earshot. A completly disgusting and rude individual with zero respect, a revolting attitude and a foul mouth. Used to be excellent. I was charged $3.70 odd for a plastic rubbish bag of garden waste. This was a fair price. The last time I went I was charged $7.40 a bag. An effective price rise of 100% is unreasonable. Contrary to other reviews the staff member I spoke to on the phone was not at all helpful.

Fast payment and easy tipping over the edge. The loader driver is right onto it and helps clear the load from behind your trailer. Fast and efficient way to dispose of your green waste.

Changing my rating from 5-Star to 3. Existing was a great, friendly team and fair prices. New EnviroWaste Management are now charging $40 minimum for weigh bridge. This is unacceptable extortion for our industry! We need to be able to come frequently with tiny Light OR large Heavy loads. WasteManagement next door also have fairly frequent faulty weigh bridge system, adding more weight than the loads on random occasions.
