Started off really well with updates as they did the viewings and kept informed. Once offer accepted very poor communication. Rang for updates and told will put in calendar to ring the next week with update which didn’t happen and had to get answers myself. Even though ansked to be kept updated. Ended up being easier to speak directly with solicitors. Then got an email saying invoice overdue for EPC rating, phoned up to apologise as I hadn’t had anything, was told would be called back by person who I presume was one of owner... read more
