This is the worst estate agent ever, I have a family member who tried to go through with them and they were so unprofessional and rude. We asked them around 5 times about there being no blinds in the property as that is the landlords job and they did not respond to me at all, the agent over the phone threatened to take us to court for wanting to withdraw the application due to their incompetence. We sold our house through Hamilton Bower earlier this year. From the initial valuation through to the sale the staff were polite, friendly & informative. Matthew clearly knew the area and how to market the property in order for us to get a quick sale at a good price. They organised all the valuations as we didn’t want to show people around the property ourselves. From the viewing i had with Mark or Matt i believe i can’t remember his name sorry haha to the customer service i received from Judy, it has been amazing. I spoke to multiple other estate agents over the phone and email and most of them were rude so i would like to say that Judy is the best i have spoken to, so helpful and informative. Thankyou!
