Overall great experience! Felt very comfortable with our sales person Francisco. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he answered all are questions. I would highly recommend.
I had the BEST experience at Hamer. I came in today (TOTALLY by faith), believing that I would leave with a car. Well, The Lord showed up mightily on my behalf!!! I didn’t have much for a down payment, but Fred in Sales, was extremely helpful and determined to assist me. I am so grateful for the level of customer service and kindness that was extended towards me today. I highly recommend Hamer Toyota!!
Carlos at Hamer Toyota was awesome. Very friendly and helpful! He didnt do the typical car salesman stuff and try and push stuff down your throat. Very knowledgeable about the tacoma that i was interested in. I had to leave my other car at the dealership and take the new truck to a sports event and upon returning carlos was still there and even showed us the rest of the little features about the truck. I was given the run around by several dealerships in the more central LA area - no one wanted to budge off the listing price - and finally I broadened the distance radius by 30-50 miles and saw they had the car I wanted.
