Tuve muchas ofertas cuando quise cambiar mi carro por otro nuevo y visite varios dealers pero solo en Hamer Toyota encontre una excelente atencion en la persona de la sta. Desgraciadamente no tengo mucho que decir, la persona que me atendió de nombre Juan no recuerdo su apellido, cuando me entregaron el carro que adquirí, ni siquiera me explicó cuál era el funcionamiento del carro, absolutamente nada, sólo me dio las llaves y adiós

I give the service 5 stars, since the moment I walked in the dealership on Mission hills I felt a warmed welcomed by the sales person named Fonseca, he took the time to explain me in detail the features of the Toyota Camry XLE, I had been there before window shopping but none of the sales person convinced me on buying a car but the last time I went in there Fonseca did an excellent job. Thank you so much, I'm a happy customer and I will continue referring you friends and family. You treated me like your own family.

Hamer Toyota and especially Bryce Holman was the best shopping experience for a car. The process was flawless,fast and got the best deal in town. In hour and a half I was out with a brand new car,and did not had to negotiate a thing !!! Will definitely recommend it to anybody I know :)) Barry B.

Terrible Honda service!!! Day-time LED driving light went out after 2 yrs ONLY (which service tech admitted being a known issue with no Honda recall). LED light can not be replaced , so headlight assembly need to be replaced. Headlight assembly costs 1300!!!! Bought extended warranty for 8yr/72k when the car was purchased for nothing as this is NOT covered in the warranty.
