Very poor customer service! Bought a car there three weeks ago and then I receive a letter from them that they are not financing my car (I was preapproved before going in and have great credit). Letter does not give me a contact of who to call or what is being done, just says they will not finance it. I left them a message 48 hours ago with no call back. Be sure to read the fine print, they can take the car back if they notify you in 10 days. They did not notify me in time and thus, this is illegal.
Excellent customer service. Wide inventory. Provided a great experience. Will return to work with them for the next vehicle. Specifically - Donnie Mendoza and Federico Ayala. Go see them when your in the market for a Toyota.
