Not the first time that we have questioned whether service was actually completed. States that my tires were rotated, but they in fact were not. I damaged my front right tire and knowing I had a service within days, figured they would let me know the fate of it. On top of that- my husband chalked my passenger tires... “tire rotation complete” yet all tires are in same place??? Maybe I need an explanation of what a Hamer tire rotation means. Now I truly question whether they even service my car....
I bought a car there and everything was fine. However if you finance through them BEWARE. If you have any questions for the finance department, you will not be able to get a hold of them after the sale. I’ve been attempting for 4 days now, and still cannot make contact. I received a call back finally today on the 4th day and wasn’t able to immediately answer.
