I have been with this practice for about 3 years now, I have to say I have had nothing but good experience, every member of staff has been polite and helpful, I can only speak as I find.

Don't understand what has happened to this practise. The G.P. themselves are not to blame. It is just impossible to make an appointment. The Anima system is very unuser friendly. I've been caller number one in the queue, holding for over 25 minutes, as I write this. Noone answering. Patients are trying to contact because they are unwell, and give up, the system at this practise is greatly adding to unprecedented stress levels. Would never re commend to anyone.

locums tend to be better as they don’t have the same pressures as resident gps and work with fresh eyes Doctor Solomon amazing GP direct informative and reassuring and has a genuine caring attitude and Sam Dodd one of the manager lady’s again really good! I was having a panic attack the receptionist at the time who has now left was awful dealing with me but Sam Dodd amazing so calm and in charge and put me at ease she is so good I hope symphony recognise people like Sam because when it’s gets a bit tough it’s people with her... read more
