Disaster. We moved out over a month ago and still did not receive our deposit back despite providing all documentation and agent Eddie confirming that he is happy with the state of the flat. We tried calling him multiple times and contact via email with no luck from 20th November when he claimed we didn’t provide documents which we did. Not to mention how awful communication and any types of repairs were during tenancy. Had a very nice experience with this agency, quick to respond whenever I had any issues.
We have been with Ham Estate agency for nearly 7 years, we have been very happy with them. When ever there's a problem in the flat they always sent someone to fix it. Now that we are moving Eddie has been really helpful to us by giving us little extra more time, staying in the property. His making sure that everything goes smoothly until we move out. Thank you Eddie, Bibi and all the staff that works with them.
