My grandmother was treated at Halo Physio for BPPV and help with her mobility. I was lucky enough to sit in on the appointment and witness the test for BPPV, along with the treatment & then the instant results - Wow! The whole time my grandma was treated with great care, support and dignity. The amount of in-depth information we received, ensured we left with a better understanding & greater knowledge to assist in her mobility & BPPV struggles. Had an ongoing problem with my hip, after a couple of sessions with Racheal she identified that I probably needed a scan. The scan revealed I needed urgent surgery on my spine. I cannot thank her enough for identifying the problem. Highly recommend

I’ve been going to different physios for 5 years with my lower back problem. Then about 3 years with upper back problem. Rachael was the physio I found back in February and last week I’ve officially dismissed from my back issues. She absolutely nailed it. She gave me exercises that no other physio gave me. Very simple exercises but these targeted the exact points where I was weak and was getting the pain. She gave me tools I can use now on everyday basis to keep the pain away. The treatment I have received from Rachel has been second to none. Having accepted that I would always have back issues/ phsiatica Rachel has completely sorted it. Cannot recommend highly enough .
