I’ve been seeing Gemma for rehab from two netball injuries and she has been fantastic. She goes above and beyond as a physio, supporting with muscle release work and deep tissue massage, which is difficult to find in physios these days. She has also supported during my pregnancy and I would highly recommend her for her expertise in this area to help with managing pain and staying active to support your body during this time.
