Had my late aunts property on the market with a different estate agent for over 12 months with very little activity and no offers. Had the good fortune to meet Chris Gill from Halls and the difference in approach was almost tangible. Switched to Halls over the Christmas period, property went live on 6th Jan and offer received and accepted on 13th. Recently purchased a house via Halls Welshpool. On completion we collected the keys from the office and they 'kindly' gave us a hamper. On opening, the contents of this hamper were not what we expected! A lot of advertising flyers, two flapjacks, 2 hand gels expiry November 2023, a bottle of hair conditioner for the dryness prone scalp, one Drink me Chai Latte, Can of Corona Tropical Vodka expired 12 Feb 24 and a box of Bassetts Multivitamins age 7-11 yrs expiry Feb 2024!!
