I’m really happy with the decking installed by Hallmark. The product is high quality and looks fantastic. The installation was professional and hassle free. I’ve seen some reviews criticizing the warranty, but it’s clear those people hadn’t properly read the terms—everything was laid out clearly and made perfect sense once I took the time to understand it. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with both the service and the final result. Highly recommend!
Absolutely delighted with the decking Hallmark installed on our caravan in Skegness. The quality of the materials and the finish are excellent, and the whole process from quote to installation was smooth and professional. It’s completely transformed the look and usability of our outdoor space. Couldn’t be happier
Had decking fitted at caravan it looks great and the guys doing fitting were very professional and friendly
Unbelievable bad service Decking started to bend and twist, reported back in June. They delayed and delayed until after the season has finished. They’re going to get round to it early November. Photos don’t show how bad it really is. Left it unsafe for the entire summer season 5 months to sort out their own bad workmanship Would they treat a new customer the same way? Cost an absurd amount of money and then don’t care. I would expect the premium price would come with a premium service
