It’s rare these days to deal with a company and an individual that makes resolving an issue so easy. I cannot fault Hallmark and especially Deborah, who handled the call. I called to report a slight defect, 10 months after installation and aside from being asked to send a few photos to show the issue, they couldn’t have dealt with it any better or quicker than they did. I’m really happy with the decking installed by Hallmark. The product is high quality and looks fantastic. The installation was professional and hassle free. I’ve seen some reviews criticizing the warranty, but it’s clear those people hadn’t properly read the terms—everything was laid out clearly and made perfect sense once I took the time to understand it. Overall, I’m more than satisfied with both the service and the final result. Highly recommend!
Absolutely delighted with the decking Hallmark installed on our caravan in Skegness. The quality of the materials and the finish are excellent, and the whole process from quote to installation was smooth and professional. It’s completely transformed the look and usability of our outdoor space. Couldn’t be happier
