Unfortunately, my experience with this property management company was extremely poor. They are disorganised, inefficient, and consistently fail to meet basic expectations. I would give no stars if I could, as even one star is not deserved. I strongly recommend looking for an alternative company to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
DO NOT work this company The Keys Please They owe HM Cleaning Services LTD / Holiday Let’s £685 and have told us she won’t be paying because I asked where my payment was and if I could collect my equipment! Lots of problems here. Paying under minimum wage. Fake contracts. Fake telephone numbers and company addresses. A lady named Amy owns the company is very rude calls you names when you ask where payment is. Also has a lot of other companies so it looks like a money laundering case too! It couldn't be worse.
Unfortunately Hallmark fall well-short of earning a full star. Any services they claim to provide are limited and substandard. The company are shoddy communicators and it's virtually impossible to contact a manager - to the point that Hallmark have been reported to to the Property Redress Scheme. I, too, hope to change management companies.
