It couldn't be worse.
Unfortunately Hallmark fall well-short of earning a full star. Any services they claim to provide are limited and substandard. The company are shoddy communicators and it's virtually impossible to contact a manager - to the point that Hallmark have been reported to to the Property Redress Scheme. I, too, hope to change management companies.
It is a thankless task running a block management business. Hallmark have been in the game for many years and are thoroughly professional. Nobody is ever happy paying service charge fees, but the reality is the costs are simply split in a fair way across the leaseholders and a modest management fee is added on top.
