Just had a major service at this dealership, unfortunately yet again problems occurred. In my opinion the oil had not been changed during the service as when I checked at home the oil was jet black and no sign of oil spots under the car, I was told this was normal? They did offer to rechange the oil and send a video which they did and this time the oil was a completely different colour strangely enough.
