Took car in to have the oil changed and inspection done. Very good customer service. Was a little frustrated with the fact it took longee than they said however they were veey apologetic about it...
My wife's 06 RL would not start at a 7/11 today. I met her and gave her my truck and called AAA. Called Brian Thompson service advisor and let him know I was bringing the car there. Was able to get started with help of AAA. Drove straight to Hall Acura VA Beach. When I arrived I left it running and met with Brian. He came straight over looked at car and took it straight back to the garage area. Hall Acura is the absolute best. Especially Ed from the Service Department. He is the definition of customer service and he needs to be promoted ASAP!
The 2006 accord with 65000 miles is a lie! I had called before I'd left work to tell him I was running late. Got there 45 minutes later to find out the car I was interested is was "sold"! But wait, "we have this one that is exactly the same!" "But in black, a coupe, 4 cylinder, a different year, and cloth interior"..... "exactly" the same? And more money and more miles.
