A brilliant service as always .Just had a yearly service and efficient knowledgeable friendly and helpful .I have had to cancel my service a few times and the staff have always gone out of there way to help .Excellent company
Have been using Halifax Security for a number of years now and cannot fault them from booking the appointment and the annual service always polite and friendly
Difficulties with key pad... spoke to Kay who was wonderful! Kay spoke to an engineer and emailed instructions to me so I could try and resolve the issue. If not I will be asking for one of their lovely engineers. Used Halifax security before and found their office staff to be friendly and helpful. Engineers have been good too thank you Kay March 26 Halifax security came to sort out key pad issue and service alarm. Once again fantastic service by office staff and engineer Jamie... Thank you. Definitely recommend .
