Disgusted to find my local branch in stourbridge is closing down,looks like having to change to another bank,shame on you
Terrible service Asked for an annual mortgage statement, they said they couldn't do it even though we had one last year off them through this branch, all they need to do is call the office and get them to send it to them Lazy staff and then people cry when these banks on the high street close... this is why the staff are useless
Fed up with this bank, every time I try to go to the bank it's shut, even though it's advertised as open on Google, they post temporary opening times in the window, another wasted journey just like a wasted journey yesterday at merry hill branch, if anyone can be bothered to read this please sort this out.
Opens and closes whenever it feels like it. Not what it used to be
Always big ques whenever I go in and I don't like that you have to do most of your business at a computer at the front of the bank so everybody has to hear your financial business. Staff are lovely though.
