Got the job done and managed to save me a bit of money. I'd use them again
Unfortunately due to renovations my MOT was cancelled however I recieved swift and efficient communication from the lady who phoned me this morning 26/04/25. She couldn't have been more apologetic and rebooked me at a different garage which worked out better for me anyway. Really appreciate her calling me to inform me as I'd recieved a text and was confused. The communication was spot on and it is very much appreciated. I would definitely use this Garage in future and recommend anyone else to do so.
Fantastic customer service from Casandra! I had a booking for replacement plates for my lease car and the lease company had not confirmed the full extent of the job. No fuss or drama, Casandra said the job would be done in full and all with a smile. Thank you!
Wss early for appointment due our own error. Guys managed to change tyre when I arrived which wad a godsend as had to go to urgent appointment 1st class customer service
