Three weeks ago I went into to order a rear hanger for my bike, so Adam did that for me then I said I had a problem with my bike so Adam helped by looking at the problem. Fixed the problem in no time at all. Very efficient and friendly both Adam and Tom.
I went into Halfords in Kirkstal today , I saw a bike mechanic called Johnny, I explained that I couldn’t get my smallest cog to work because it was jumping a lot and thought that it might of been the link in the chain. He looked at it and also indexed my gears. Amazing service and so quick and friendly.
