Disappointed. Angry. Not happy with Halfords sighthill this time. Been coming here for years but this time not so good. Sitting here in the waiting room after being given no indication of when the car will be ready. Booked in from 8.30am yesterday, called at 3.30 pm yesterday to say it hadn’t had work started and that they had ramp issues, but it would be worked on soon, I asked if ok to pick it up in the morning and that was fine. Customer service and tyre repair I received from Andrew and Dale was excellent, managed to fit me in that day and didn't have to wait for long.
So this is long overdue, but at the start of the month I took my car here for a noise that in my opinion sounded like a disk stuck in an old playstation 2! Andy and his colleague were incredibly friendly and helpful given I just showed up without an appointment and took care of it right away. It was so nice to attend a garage that has a positive environment and good relationships with eachother. Guys here are wonderful and definitely dont hesitate to go above and beyond!
MOT & Major Service; regular pre-appointment messages. Reception staff both had a cheerful and helpful disposition, they are an asset to the business. Didn’t have opportunity to engage with technicians, but, everything seems great with car on pickup.
