Helpful staff , quick service and good price
Booked my car in for 2 tyres in an 08:30 slot, was told by the reception staff the time slots you book on the website are drop off times and I should call back in around 2 hours, other customers being told the same, I arrived back at 10:10, then waited another 2 hours, this seemed to be the norm as the reception staff were not phased by the very frustrating 4 hour wait for a simple tyre change, why they feel that they then have to take my car for a test drive is beyond me, I had no idea where he went, I am now very aware why... read more
