I had a flat tyre and no clue what was wrong. I booked a tyre check with Halfords Johnstone for first thing the next morning, filled my tyre with air and hoped for the best! The entire team were fantastic - despite being short staffed due to sickness, they began to repair the tyre before realising it needed replaced, which they did within 30min! I am super grateful to the team as I was super stressed about the situation, but they managed to get it all sorted for me, quickly and with great customer service. Thanks guys!!
Staff had no hesitation in price matching. All staff were very courteous and efficient. I was informed of the progress of my work, which was completed in the estimated timescale. I would not hesitate to return to Tony and his team the next time I need tyres. Excellent job.
Terrible mechanics that would extort Helen Keller herself, 90 pound for 1 tyre and must of took out the battery because later after picking it up when I turned on a round about, the earth disconnected and stalled the car locking the wheel and rolling me to a ditch all because which “mechanic” forgot to tighten the bolts. Lady in the office was nice enough though. Don’t go here
One tyre required due to sidewall damage. Very good price and excellent service, tyre insurance taken as recommended by a friend. Good job by the team while I waited. On request, little things like all tyres pressure balanced prior to the vehicle pressure monitoring system reset. Thanks
