Staff member was super helpful after I incorrectly installed a dimmed beam bulb that I had purchased from Halfords into the high beam bulb. I had passed my mot only the week before so I couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t working… Your staff saw the funny side with me, as I was so pleased I’d been able to change it myself for the first time. Our fitter, Brandon, was superb! He changed our old battery for a new one in record time & reset the on board diagnostics for us. He had a lovely manner & we can't fault his work. Thank you
Outstanding customer service for all the staff that I interacted with I had a dash cam fitted. I had a front and rear camera. It was done and dusted under an hour. The member of staff branded sat with me in the car and explained how my New camera worked. He also said if I had any problems, please come and visit the store. The gentleman that fitted the camera did a really good and clean job on installing the item
Due to some bad luck with my car, I wound up here two days in a row - first my windscreen wiper broke as I was driving to work and I needed an instant replacement, and the following day my battery died! I got a really great service from the helpful and friendly staff on both occasions, hopefully I won't have any more car trouble for the foreseeable future, but I will definitely be back for any future car needs. Thank you so much.
