Bike quality great, customer service very poor. Member were very unfriendly and took a long time to acknowledge anyone in the queue , the queue was a few people long and it was clear they were stressed and that was why they weren’t talking to anyone.
I took my bike to Halfords at King's Lynn to get my front brake mended, and was very pleased with the quick and pleasant service I received. The young man even refused any payment. I shall certainly visit again!
Drove almost 30 miles to get a bulb that supposedly had 15 in stock to be told by the staff that were not interested in looking for it that they don't have any.
