Friendly, helpful staff who go out of their way to assist
very good service and speedy repair
Went in for battery change ended up needing to go to main dealership to get sorted. Sadly Halfords will not have all the equipment or knowledge to change many new car battery's as I found out. Sadly I was not told this before. After the store fitted the new battery we had loads of alarms up and warnings. They did not know how to reset it and sadly the man that fitted it did not really care or show any interest in sorting it telling me to drive it see if resets while walking off to do the next car. Bought their 1/2 breaker bar to help me release some seized lug nuts on my wheels, very good quality product, the staff member that helped me was very polite and helpful, thanks
It took longer to fit my car roof bars than expected. But once completed, Darren and Andy, took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Thanks very much
