Fantastic service
I've been here a number of times over the years and It's always had the same issue: NO STAFF. This place is receiving 1 star simply because they only have literally 2 staff to cover the whole place. 1 team member on the checkout and 1 team member on the bike counter. There are other staff outside that fit batteries to your car but they do not work in the shop. This means that: - The queue at the checkout is always very long. Went to Halfords Northwich bought d3s head light bulbs and pay fitting as well paid £60,,Curtis he is name is try to fits bulb half hour later he said done ..That’s was day time ,start driving in dark police stop me been told off head light not working Day after check out not been fit .. Ask mechanic to fit in
Item was ready to collect easy to order on line. Till operator was helpful and friendly
