I came to collect my bike today at Halfords Twickenham. I served by Mariana who gave me exceptional service. It was a busy Saturday and despite my order being delayed Mariana ensured my bike was brought out to me within minutes. She even helped me take the bike down the stairs. Really appreciate such amazing service it’s so rare to find. Thank you
