Came in today to get a car battery replaced.. was served by a lovely young man called Ahsan.. his customer first service skills where excellent he made me feel very comfortable. Was lovely meeting him and I will definitely be back again.
Placed order online to collect after 9am . Check my bank at 9.20 to see it been refunded and cancelled the order . No text message or email to confirm it's been cancelled. Poor customer service from this store
Very lovely and helpful staff, always going an extra mile on helping customers, have been getting my car products from them, and would definitely recommend.
