Amazing service!!!! Was due to collect on Sunday but popped in the White City store on Saturday morning to see if I could collect any sooner and they had it ready to collect within 3 hours!!! Made my sons weekend 10/10
I go to this Halfords quite regularly whenever I need small little bits for my car. And everytime I go Mohammad always goes the extra mile for me. Just yesterday I needed help with my anti freeze/cooler for my car and I ended up dropping my cap into my car below my engine. He helped me retrieve the cap helped me get the right coolant. If it wasn’t for him I would have put in the wrong coolant in and completely ruined my car. Given wrong bike tyre, asked for the transaction to be cancelled, not given a refund, we'll done halfords.
Bought a carrera vengeance men's mountain bike from them a few weeks ago & they built it in store. Collected the bike & within 24 hours the pedal was coming off as it had not been fitted properly. Tried to call the store, but you can't. Instead you get routed through a team out of the UK who quite simply do not have a clue what they are doing.
