I just got want say how excellent your staff member named Essop is, on the last couple of occasions I have visited your White City branch he has served me both times and his customer service has been amazing.
If there is a problem it takes forever to get seen to. It took 10 minutes for someone to help me out. Need extra staff as you feel the problem is taking too long to be seen.
