Terrible service. Ordered wiper blade online for 24hr collection and fitting. Called the next day to say order wasn't in and would be another 3days. Went into store today and order wasn't there. Was given more expensive wiper blade but earn purchased a 2nd expensive blade to match was charged a second £7 fitting service for what can only be described as a 30second clip on. Will not be using Halfords for wipers again.

Halfords dash cam missing bits So on 05/4/25 | popped into the Halfords's Dunfermline store to buy a dash cam I knew what I was wanting and spoke to someone I told him I wanted a dash cam front and back bundle it was purchased and paid fitting was 2 pm on the 19/4/25 on the day of fitting I had a phone call from the fitter to say "it was a front and back cam bundle u wanted yes it was well they (people in shop) have only ordered a single one the fitter man was going to try and get me one but it would result in more expense £... read more
Very helpful and efficient, got new number plates made in record time, staff excellent in the Dunfermline branch.
