My car battery was checked & replaced very speedily after being given various costings for choice. On joining the Halfords motoring club, I now have access to a free MOT and other perks. A fast & friendly service.

We cannot recommend Halfords Norwich enough. I am surprised they have had any bad reviews. We took my grand daughters bike in at the weekend for new brakes, which were completely broken. James fitted her new ones, looked over her bike at no extra cost, gave it all a quick oil and spray and tightened a few things that needed adjusting. While waiting I was interested in an electric bike. James knows bikes and how to give excellent customer service. Great service and very helpful staff.
Really busy in store but staff took time out to help and advise of things I required. Being a member of the Motoring Club really helps with all purchases as you get a good discount
