Rachel is absolutely amazing. I had calf pain in both legs, walking was so painful. After first visit, immense improvement. Rachel definitely knows her stuff.
Being a sporty person ( triathlons) I have been visiting Rachel for several years for treatments. She has a great knowledge of everything and experience to make her one of the best therapist I have been to. It helps that she is also an athlete herself so she understand, treats the issue and also gives advice and exercises for after care. She is also someone that I have recommended to my friend that are not sporty people. As she has helped many of them with every day muscular issues.
Rachel is brilliant. She has treated me for various injuries (shoulder, back and legs) and her treatments have always significantly improved my pain. Rachel is incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend her.
Rachel was great, hit the spot and really knows her stuff.
