Considerably better than other CMHT’s in the midlands but still not as good as it could be (hence 4 stars). You generally get treated like a human being here and your needs are listened to (most of the time!)

Have always found staff understanding working with some difficult clients I haven't had to attend for about 20 years.Touch wood I may not have to attend again but know if the need arises the service is local and essential.
