I called the surgery, the switchboard isn't used to put you through to who you need to speak to, but rather to promote the stuff the clinic does with "did you know" and "now we can" rubbish. Took me 10 minuets to get to the main menu. I was caller number 1 in the queue and i was waiting for over 30mins. A number is to call and speak to someone, not to promote your "new app" or "website link". Utter rubbish. Waste of tax payer money.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, the Admin team and front of House always get back to you when they say they will, highly recommend this practice

Had a phone call a few weeks ago to book a vaccination for the 24th. I have a text on the 23rd reminding me to come in. I come in on the 24th to then find out that they’ve postponed the vaccination by accident and didn’t give me enough notice, I took time off work for this, and then I turn up and they have no idea or explanation for why my appointment was postponed, then not given me enough notice. I will be switching GPs.

Have been with this GP surgery for a very long time and can't recommend it enough. I always manage to get an appointment and receive a high quality service and care from all staff. The receptionist, Stuart, is always, calm, kind and professional and all the doctors and nurses are kind, thorough and professional and make you feel valued and listened to.
