Very poor communication which led to lost a deposit due to wrong information told. Hard to get a hold of anyone, really disappointing.
I do not recommend Hairpin House based on my recent experience. Despite returning the property in good condition and providing video evidence of its cleanliness, the management attempted to unfairly withhold our deposit for cleaning and damage claims that could not be substantiated. It’s deeply concerning that tenants are forced to go through a formal dispute resolution process simply to recover what is rightfully theirs. Love this building, the co-working spaces and outdoor areas are amazing! Also the interior design of the building is incredible and so are the staff!
Amazing friendly staff and community. The features and apartments are great and make you settled very quickly!
