Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. Easy to contact even on a Sunday afternoon. I had a problem with my rear derailleur shifter on the first leg of a ride to Paris. Austin diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to make my bike useable for the rest of the trip. Thank you Austin.
