Excellent team that worked hard and took great care of our items including some tricky pieces. Very pleased with the professionalism of the team. One of the things I noticed compared to other companies (that use ad-hoc zero hours contractors) this team are properly staffed employees... they wear uniforms, PPE and have the necessary training to handle items with care. - a cut above the rest. Have recommended to family.

First Class Service. All of the team were extremely helpful from first contact with Chris to the guys who helped us move over 3 days. We really appreciate all the time and attention to our move, they made the whole process so much less stressful. Hadley and Ottaway are a first class company and we would definitely recommend using them.

We were so impressed with the service from H&O. And also with Lee, Shaun and Matteo who moved us across 3 days. They were brilliant. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As well as fun and laid back which made the whole process stress free. Not a single thing broken or misplaced either.
