Mel was fantastic helping me and my partner buy a car recently. He came down on his day off for us and was more than knowledgeable on the cars he had in stock. He took us out on a test drive and was delightful, and even helped give us advice on a car we had recently sold privately - the complete opposite to what I was expecting from a “car salesman”… He genuinely wanted to help in any way he could and for that I’m grateful!
