When I collected my parcel this afternoon, Colin was so friendly, professional, polite, and ever so helpful, I did not receive the required information for my collection, by Yodel. He managed to find my parcel, which was in a large Box, which I would have found difficulty in walking to the nearest bus top. Colin emptied the box and carefully and neatly re-packed the items into my shopping bag, my shopping, Colin is a ⭐️!!!, and his efforts were Very Much Appreciated.
