Very bad and useless they can't care less what the person going trow very selfish to be honest i was dealing with universal credit unfairly sanction they didn't even bother to try help, is like our problems are burden to them what's the point been a solicitor, if they can be bothered to help people very selfish and bad people they good for nothing useless.

They terrible box place it need to be close down they rude and un professional shame on them
'Cheap & Dismal'. It's not far off from a shack. Plasterboard box inside a false building that was constructed in what looks like a shaft between two buildings. Very impersonal & unwelcoming process of entry to attend for an appointment. Massively bureaucratic approach to a straightforward DWP UC decision appeal to that would push many away. Very much last resort, if that.
