I wish I could give a 0 star ratting. The sales guy stated one contract term length but never updated the documentation so we got "locked" into a 5yr contract. Once the sale was made, customer service was horrible. We received absolutely no helpful support when we sold our home and were looking to move the equipment. Now I am stuck in a contract for equipment that I do not even have (because they said to leave it in the old home) or use (no service activated). Finally I was told they would reduce our bill to cover their cost... read more
